Apple Kills Lala Music Service
Apple announces it will shutter the cloud-based Lala music service it acquired late last year. Lala music collections — including members iTunes collections and 10-cent web songs — will vanish. Apple’s may be planning to remake iTunes as a cloud-based service using Lala’s technology.
