(AFX UK Focus) 2010-04-05 19:50 UPDATE 1-Equifax to sell loan software unit for $72 mln
April 5 (Reuters) – U.S. credit reporting company Equifax Inc said it agreed to sell its Equifax Enabling Technologies LLC unit, consisting of the APPRO suite of loan origination software, to CRIF Corp for $72.4 million.
