HelpDesk for the Web is a solution that contains a combination of a HelpDesk license and a GO-Global license. It allows you to run HelpDesk 100% from an Internet Explorer web browser or Windows desktop. It is full featured, easy to setup and use, and allows you to easily setup remote offices or access HelpDesk from a client site.

HelpDesk for the Web” employs a web enabling technology called “GO-Global” that benefits not only the HelpDesk application and its users, but also offers advantages to the entire enterprise as well.

HelpDesk for the Web” offers full functionality and features of Tele-Support HelpDesk, including remote printing. There’s nothing new to learn. There’s only the same familiar look and feel of an application you are already used to using.
