Veridian’s ePMO is a browser-based project management system, which can be used to organise almost any kind of geographically dispersed workforce.

ePMO provides an environment where users can easily manage:

• Work – by assigning, prioritizing, categorizing, scheduling, and managing planned and emergent activities.
• Documents – by centrally storing, controlling, sharing, and collaborating on any type of file.
• Meetings – by scheduling meetings for individuals and workgroups from different organizations with incompatible networks in a simple and central repository
• Online Collaboration – by providing area’s for open discussion/collaboration on idea’s or topics

Any single module or combination of modules may be deployed as requirements dictate. The source code is available with no license fee and is reusable for almost any activity, document or workgroup management application.

Veridian provide dedicated project/content managers and draw on their expansive knowledge base to maximize the software’s capabilities and implement the optimum solution for the client.

Veridian are confident that initial operating capability can be achieved in two weeks to one month, with final operating capability achievable in one to six months. Steady State Support typically requires a part time Veridian project/content manager supported by subject matter experts, technical and product management staff as necessary.
