Web Trak v4 will help your company organize its customer requests for Desktop support, Computer Operations, Network support and Telecommunications support. As it always has been, Web Trak v4 is completely customizable so you are not limited in design of the application.
Web Trak v4 is entirely web based which means no additional licenses to purchase for your workstations. This also allows your users and technicians to view their service requests from any computer within your network allowing them to become more efficient.
Watkins are running their demonstration application on a Microsoft Windows NT Server with Internet Information Server 4.0 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000. You can run this application on any web server that can run Active Server Pages and use an OLE-DB connection to your database. The minimum requirements for Web Trak v4 are Windows 95 with Personal Web Server plus ASP and Microsoft SQL Server 7.0. If your company has a large volume of requests, Watkins would recommend your company use Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft SQL Server 2003.
