Since that time Bugs Online has been utilized for a variety of applications, and in a variety of environments where bug or issue tracking is necessary. The system is available free of charge in adherence to the “Open Source” initiative and The GNU General Public License (GPL). The only condition of use is that if updates or enhancements are made, they be made available to other users of the system by notifying the project admin at sourceforge.net.
