mbh offer a complete Proof of Concept process which allows you to trial the mbh methodology in a live environment. They deploy their software, training 10 staff in the use of the team member license, train program office staff in the program office license, set up a content creation process, assist with the “go live” date and be on hand to support you through a two month proof of concept phase. Once completed, your methodology and portfolio management software will be ready to push across the organisation. If you decide to use UniPhi full-time, the cost of the P.O.C. is deducted from your deployment license fees.
